Review by Brian Phares
It's happening all over again. I'm ten years old and I'm going over to my friend Shane Apperson's house to play "StarFox 64" with him. We've been working our way through the missions, trying to figure out all of the alternate routes. Neither of us have the Internet so our only source of information is trial and error and the local rumors spreading around the schoolyard. Wait that can't be right, it's 2011 and I'm sitting in my bed playing a 3DS by myself. This ultimately is the best feature of "StarFox 64 3D": Nostalgia.

"Star Fox" protagonist Fox McCloud isn't as big a deal as Mario or Link, but the Shigeru Miyamoto-created character is still enduringly popular. He's also a perfect fit for CollegeHumor's send-up of director Wes Anderson's 2009 Roald Dahl adaptation, "Fantastic Mr. Fox." Hit the jump to see what may well be the greatest video game-to-film adaptation of all time, "Fantastic Mr. Star Fox."

Nintendo pulled away the curtains from its portable 3DS platform at E3 today, and in addition to announcing support for 3-D movies and a long lineup of third-party developers, they also began rolling out names of classic in-house franchises coming to the device. "Kid Icarus," "StarFox" and "PilotWings" will all be among them.

The Nintendo 3DS is coming, whether you like it or not. As it turns out, we're in the "like it" group...at least from the little we've heard so far. But as they say in the gaming world, it's all about the software. Here are five games that need to be made for the Nintendo 3DS.

Shigeru Miyamoto has made some pretty incredible video game experiences, many of which will go down as the best video games of all time. But that doesn't mean he hasn't been disappointed with the reaction to some of his games. In a recent interview, I asked the Mario creator if there were any titles which didn't quite have the public support that he would've expected at their release:
