Pikmin3

We all know that Pikmin takes place on Earth; even though we never see any people, the player encounters plenty of man-made objects. It is assumed that humans are long gone, extinct for whatever reason.

In fact, it's been said that Shigeru Miyamoto proposed this very idea himself, though no one can seem to verify the statement and find a source.

THIS IS PART OF MTV MULTIPLAYER'S 10 MOST ANTICIPATED VIDEO GAMES OF THE FALL! CHECK 'EM ALL OUT HERE.

It should come as no surprise that Infinity Ward has not reinvented the wheel with the multiplayer in "Call of Duty: Ghosts." At a glance, this is the same, addictive and fast-paced multiplayer that has sucked in many, many players since "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare." After all, if that same wheel keeps scooping up cash and keeping people playing year after year, why change it? Well, instead of completely reinventing the thing, Infinity Ward has basically said "Okay, this wheel works pretty darn well. Let's just put some awesome playing cards in the spokes, add some LED lights, and figure out how to make this thing more awesome. While we weren't treated to the full multiplayer at the reveal, we did get to play a decent chunk of it, and we're happy to report that yes, this wheel is indeed more awesome.

As it's been said time and time again, the Wii U is not doing very well. Hardly anyone is buying the system, and that's because hardly anyone is making games for it.

If you're looking for a faithful remake of the Capcom classic in "DuckTales Remastered," then developer Wayforward ("Hotel Transylvania," "Double Dragon Neon") delivers on that front. Titled 'Shadow of the Eternals', Precursor's Kickstarter for the game has 14 days left to reach its goal of $750,000. Looking at the higher pledge rewards, the idea of paying Precursor Games to be a product spokesman sounds unusual, but then again, some fans have already made such pledges. Moreover, the game has gotten endorsements from the likes of Bioware co-founder Ray Muzyka and voice actor David Hayter, who also happens to play a detective in the game.

It's a question that is constantly asked: why won't Nintendo make games for other consoles? Especially these days, given that the Wii U's less than impressive performance is common knowledge.

Though once again, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has made it crystal clear as to why it's not happening. Not now, not ever.
