With the NPD group confirming that "Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars" sold an un-"GTA"-like 89,000 units between its March 17 launch and April 4, the question turns to gamers:

If you're a "GTA" fan who has purchased games like "Grand Theft Auto IV," but didn't buy "Chinatown Wars," why not?

"Mushroom Men" is keeping me hooked strictly because of its music. Read more...

I got a demo of the Xbox 360 and Wii version of Activision's "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" video games today. I'll have more details tomorrow. For now, let me share two topics that should excite current and lapsed (like me) Transformers obsessives. Read more...

The NPD group has released video game hardware and software sales figures for March 2009. Rapper/actor Ice-T revealed his Xbox 360 Gamertag on last night's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. He told the world his gamertag -- Lord 187x -- but said his friends list is at the 100-member limit. So don't send a request. Spying on his stats, it appears that he's cleared "Need for Speed: Most Wanted" at 100%, finished the tutorial of "Fallout 3," bailed early on "Assassin's Creed," played a lot of "Kane & Lynch" and even gave "The Club" a decent shot. [UPDATE: I forgot to mention his "BioShock" accomplishments: he finished the game but did not save all the Little Sisters.]
