
Blizzard is focused on releasing two titles next year: "StarCraft 2" and "World of WarCraft: Cataclysm." Unfortunately for action RPG fans, "Diablo 3" is not in the cards. In an interview with Techland, Blizzard executive VP of game design, Rob Pardo, said, "I think it’s safe to say that, yeah, ['Diablo 3'] is not going to be out next year."

The original "BioShock" offered up a pretty excellent special edition, if only because of the incredibly well-made, desk-worthy Big Daddy statue. Now it looks like "BioShock 2" is following in his large, clunky footsteps with an equally compelling special edition.

UPDATE: Capcom has posted details of the first DLC, along with release dates, on their Capcom Unity blog.
ORIGINAL STORY: Capcom announced DLC plans for "Resident Evil 5" today on their Capcom Unity blog.
The plan is to release two new downloadable episodes, one of which probably focused on the recently revealed "Alternate Edition" content. The other DLC episode is unknown.

When I first came up with the idea for MTV's Big Buck Challenge, I can't say I imagined that we'd get a winner of "Project Runway" to complete. And yet I've been proven wrong. We recently sat down with Tomo Miličević and Jared Leto of 30 Seconds to Mars to talk about their collaboration with EA and BioWare for "Dragon Age: Origins." Specifically their song, "This Is War," made its debut within the game. Check out the clip up top.
"Assassin's Creed 2" features a character that may remind you of a certain mushroom-loving plumber. Check out the video above for his amusing introduction. I guess you could consider it an easter egg-ish spoiler, but it has no direct connection to the game's plot, so no worries there.

Rumors are circulating today that EA will be closing Pandemic Studios, the development house known for their work on the "Mercenaries" franchise, "Star Wars: Battlefront" and their upcoming game, "The Saboteur."

Turn on your Xbox 360 today (or any day in the future) and you'll probably notice a bunch of changes. Today marks the launch of the latest dashboard update on the 360, which adds support for Facebook, Twitter and Last.FM for registered Gold Xbox Live users.
We've written quite a bit about the update (which you can read here), but now's a good time to hop online and try it out for yourself. I'll be busy rocking out to my custom Bachman-Turner Overdrive station.
