TT Games is giving us something I never thought I wanted: LEGO Galactus!
TT Games has shown they know how to make fun and expansive games with the superheroes and villains of the DC Universe, and simply based on the tease at the end of this super-short trailer, they're not afraid to escalate in their first game for the competition across the street (TT Games parent company Warner Brothers also owns DC Comics).
So far, the "LEGO Marvel Super Heroes" lineup includes the current incarnation of the Avengers (with added Deadpool), and the looming threat of he world-devouring cosmic being Galactus in some capacity. Can we say that this confirms playable LEGO Galactus will be in the game?
Galactus made his debut over 50 years ago in "Fantastic Four" #48, the co-creation of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, a seemingly ageless and unknowable cosmic entity who travels the stars seeking planets to eat in order to sustain himself. He was also responsible for transforming alien Norrin Radd into the Silver Surfer, part of a bargain Galactus made to spare Radd's home planet.
Wait, that also means we could see LEGO Silver Surfer. Nice.
"LEGO Marvel Super Heroes" will be available this fall on the Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS Vita, 3DS, and Wii U.
