It's only been a couple months since I got off the icy wastelands of Tau Volantis in "Dead Space 3". Now I'm suiting up again for a return mission to the equally freezing E.D.N. III in "Lost Planet 3". While this is the first game in the series handled by a western studio, Spark Unlimited's take on E.D.N. III shows a planet that is still fittingly hostile and mostly believable. After a recent and insightful 3 hour session with the game, here are my top 9 takeaways:
DC Direct has revealed its first run of figures based on the Netherrealm fighting game, "Injustice: Gods Among Us." Now since it's a brawler, it would only make sense that these characters be released as potential matchups, and DC Direct has created some curious pairings for the inaugural round of figures who seem based predominantly on the "regular" versions of each as opposed to their alternate universe versions.
Deathstroke/Green Arrow and Wonder Woman/Solomon Grundy will make up the first wave which will be released on May 31 and retail for $29.99. Obviously, if the series does well enough, we should expect more pairings featuring some of the alternate universe and DLC costumes down the line.
You can see the rest of the first series after the jump.
