Uh oh! It looks like a batch of gameplay footage from "The Elder Scrolls Online" has managed to find its way to the worldwide web, showing us nearly 20 minutes of Bethesda and Zenimax's upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game.
The leaked footage gave us a peek at character creation, races, and three different classes – Dragonknight, Templar, and Sorcerer. It also introduces us to the game's UI, character skill trees and some low level quests. First and third-person combat perspectives are also highlighted.
If you haven't been keeping up with this one, you should know that "The Elder Scrolls Online" will span the continent of Tamriel, including regions from previous Elder Scrolls titles such as Cyrodiil, Skyrim, and Morrowind. The story will take place a thousand years before the events of Skyrim.
"The Elder Scrolls Online" went into closed beta at the end of March 2013, and any players that are interested in getting into the open-world a little early can sign up for future betas.
"The Elder Scrolls Online" is scheduled to release in 2013.
Update: It appears the leaked gameplay footage has been taken down.
