North America is in for a little treat from Nintendo tomorrow. Earlier today, the company revealed that December's Nintendo Direct will begin at 12pm EST (9am PST) tomorrow morning, highlighting Wii U and 3DS games. Last year Nintendo fans had to wait until the day after Christmas, December 26th.
While no specifics have been revealed as to what exactly Nintendo will be covering, it is worth mentioning the Wii U hasn't been released in Japan yet. Considering the console is set to hit its country of origin on December 8th this could be a great time for Nintendo to build some hype. "Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate" will be a launch title in Japan, so we're hoping we'll hear more on that, but there are plenty of other titles we're interested in as well.
For instance, "Pikmin 3" was announced earlier this year at E3, but we really haven't heard a whole lot regarding the game since then. There's also titles such as “The Wonderful 101” that have yet to be given specific release dates. On top of that, there's the possibility of gaining some insight as whether or not the supposed "Yoshi's Land" game is actually happening,
Nintendo has said that their TVii app will make its way to the Wii U console sometime in December, which means there's a good chance we could find out when exactly in December we can expect it.
