Change.org is an online destination where people can band together and work for change through the power of petitions. For years the website has helped create social and political change throughout the world. However, a recent petition is less focused on social change and more focused on "Grand Theft Auto V", having already received thousands of signatures urging Rockstar to create a version of the highly-anticipated game for PC.
The petition, which was created by Canadian gamer Mike Julliard, had reached nearly 70,000 signatures at the time of writing this, and aims to reach a total of 100,000 signatures. The petition is short and to the point, reading as follows:
Please release GTA V on PC. GTA games have been a large part of so many peoples lives and it's a big shame not seeing the newest iteration of the game being released on the most powerful platform. Things like modifications have always been a HUGE part of PC gaming and modded GTA is some of the most insanely fun times you can have.
I hope you consider the release of GTA V on PC as it'll make many people very happy!
It really comes as no surprise that Rockstar has yet to announce a PC version of the game. Past GTA titles were released on major consoles months before a PC version saw the light of day, but if Rockstar had any plans to skip the PC this time around, Julliard's petition could be exactly what's needed to change their minds.
