Max Payne 3 admittedly seems like an odd title to get multiplayer, but Rockstar is bent on making it work.
Wonder how Bullet Time works when you're playing online? Well, apparently it's one of a group of abilities called "Burst," special attacks based on line of sight, meaning it works on who you're targeting at the time and not the entire map. If you want to avoid an enemy's active Bullet Time, you just need to get out of their line of sight. As in the campaign, your Bullet Time available will be based on the amount of Adrenaline that you've accumulated, meaning you'll want to keep making them fancy tough shots to build your meter back up.
Also, how do the campaign and multiplayer interact? Find out in the video below:
May Payne 3 will be available on May 15th for the 360 and PS3, and the 29th on PC.
