"TRON" was a movie that was made famous for taking place within a computer, but anyone that has seen the original movie knows that a good deal of it takes place in the real world as well. In the upcoming "TRON: Evolution" game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, players who are expecting the same kind of real world/virtual world split may end up a little disappointed.

"DJ Hero 2" has entered the last leg of its path toward an October 19 release date, and though they've revealed 105 tracks that will appear featuring talent like DJ Qbert and DJ Shadow, FreeStyleGames had not yet named what the sequel's mix list would include. That's all changed now, however, and they've even grouped the combos and re-styled singles by producer.

No, that above shot is not Claptrap reborn in human form ala Bender in that Tales of Interest "Futurama" episode. It's just an angry dude who may or may not be allied with Claptrap and his burgeoning ranks of revolutionary robots. His anger is uncalled for, though, as there are plenty of reasons to rejoice. For example, the next piece of "Borderlands" DLC, "Claptrap's New Robot Revolution," is coming next week, on September 29.

The October 5 release date for "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow" isn't that far off, but PlayStation Plus subscribers in select territories are getting an early crack at the game's demo today. Unfortunately, the short list of countries getting it includes Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand but not the U.S. or Canada.

If watching the "Glee" Season 2 premiere on TV isn't for you, a few of the minds that turned "Twilight" into an 8-bit game have now done the same thing for America's most popular musical comedy series. In fact, it contains interactive options, the chance to go recruit jocks straight from the showers and even plays an NES-style adaptation of a track from "Les Misérables."

In the grand tradition of giving you free stuff, we're going to give you free stuff. For today's free stuff, a bunch of "Halo" figures from McFarlane Toys. Now it's worth keeping in mind that the toys aren't exactly, well, new. They're actually from around the time "ODST" came out. BUT they've been sitting under my desk and I really feel like you could make better use of them than I can, so I'll be picking one winner to nab the lot of them.
Getting these toys is surprisingly easy. All you need to do is re-tweet this post when it appears on the Twitter account of MTV Multiplayer. I'll select the winner randomly from the list of RTers.

The Michael Jackson video game legacy added a new dance game, "Michael Jackson: The Experience" to its ranks when the game was announced earlier this year, but for some Jackson fans an experience isn't going to be enough they're going to want a whole planet. While such a thing could require expensive flights and centuries of terraforming using today's technology, a new MMO called "Planet Michael" might make such a thing possible on a virtual level. Whatever it does, SEE Virtual Worlds plans on opening their planet up for business next year.

Blizzard's welcoming a few changes to "StarCraft 2" via a version 1.1.0 patch that is now live, and though Battle.net will continue to allow its users to exchange their own custom maps, Blizzard's in-house team is still focused on mod production. The chance for English-language editions in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand to compete on North American Battle.net servers is probably the most notable gift inside their new patch. It also includes a batch of balance-oriented updates. Here's what Blizzard had to say:

The footage you are about to see is the very first in-game footage taken from "BioShock Infinite." Last month, Irrational Games released a cinematic teaser to the public, but had actually shown press a whole lot more. Specifically, they had shown press this 10 minutes of gameplay footage. Ok, no more prelude. Here it is!

The "Resident Evil" franchise has grown to enormous proportions, with games and movies helping to spread the anti-Umbrella gospel around the world. But its beginnings were humble. Those who played the original "Resident Evil" game probably recall the horrible voice acting and writing that permeated throughout the adventure in Spencer's mansion. Infamous lines like "It might be handy if you, the Master of Unlocking, take it with you" were memes before we even knew what memes were.
