In case you didn't know, there's sort of a big game coming out next week. It's called "Halo Reach" and it's the last "Halo" game that Bungie will ever make. The end of an era, to be sure.
But, I know you're wondering whether it's good. Actually, you probably assume that it's good. You're wondering if it's great. Excellent. The best "Halo" game ever released. I'd be more than happy to tell you, as I've played through the entire campaign, but I can't. At least not until this coming Sunday at 12am EST, which is when the review embargo lifts for "Halo Reach." That means you'll have plenty of between then and next Tuesday to decide whether it's worth your time and/or money.
I've still got a little work ahead of me, as I haven't been able to test the game online yet, but the next two days will be filled with plenty of Matchmaking, co-op campaign and Firefight, so no need to worry, all the evidence will be in first thing Sunday.
In the meantime, we've run a ton of "Halo Reach" content over the last few months, so it's not a bad idea to dig around in our archives to get prepped. Here are a few of the stories you may have missed:
