UPDATE: Nope! Seems the list we have below is not going to pan out, as Famitsu is reporting that Silver Surfer has been confirmed for the game (thanks @evophile), and if one person on the list is missing, it's likely the rest of it is inaccurate, as well. Sorry, we got excited.
[SPOILER ALERT: If you're hoping to be surprised by the character roster in "Marvel vs. Capcom 3," you may want to stop reading now.]
We already knew who quite a few of the fighters in "Marvel vs. Capcom 3" were, and we've seen trailers of several of them in action. A leaked list may have filled in on the blanks, however, including Wolverine's petite femme counterpart X-23 and Mike Haggar of "Final Fight," among others.
The rosters showed up on the German site Playfront.de (hat tip to Destructoid), and if they're for real, this is who will be showing up to represent their respective companies:

You probably know that even if these names originally came from in a in-office source at Capcom, the fact that they haven't been announced means that things could always change by the time they do appear in a press release, and the game's release is still way off in Spring 2011, so they've got loads of time to change their minds as they see fit. Nevertheless, Capcom did choose a fixed number of silhouettes to put at the end of that Comic-Con trailer last week, so this could be the final list.
