Like "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Mobilized" before it, "Call of Duty: Black Ops" will be getting a Nintendo DS game from n-Space to accompany its console releases this fall. Boasting six-player online multiplayer, a new perks system and a two-player co-op mode, the game will be slated to appear on November 9 along with the other "Blacks Ops" titles.
"'Call of Duty: Black Ops' for the Nintendo DS is going to take the handheld Call of Duty experience to a new level," n-Space studio head Dan O'Leary said in a press release. "From taking the controls of an attack helicopter to flying an experimental stealth fighter jet, players will have a wealth of new features to utilize."
Thankfully, n-Space seems to have spared the world an excessive colon on their game this year, which comes as a relief to all of us out here who feel like the titles on some video game franchise flagship release peripheral spin-offs are starting to look more like math problems and coding expressions than GameStop catalog entries.
Do you plan on trying "Black Ops" out on the DS? What are your expectations like for "Black Ops" in general right now? Share your opinions in the comment section below.
