After a few false starts, the "Modern Warfare 2" "Resurgence" Map Pack has finally been unleashed on Xbox Live, at least according to Infinity Ward spokesman Robert Bowling. On his Twitter account, Bowling revealed the following:
"Resurgence Package for #MW2 is now live - it may take a few hours to show for everyone. I'll be playing all-day in the Resurgence Playlists!"
The prolonged wait was due to a required Microsoft title update which had to be pushed to consoles before the new maps could be played. A similar issue occurred with the last "Modern Warfare 2," the "Stimulus Package."
