You won't get all of the tracks from "Green Day: Rock Band" in the demo that recently became available on Xbox Live, but you will get a provocative teaser image when you end your jam sessions. The "Rock Band 3" screen that appears includes a row of unsurprising icons like harmony-indicative microphones, two guitars and drums, but those veteran instruments are punctuated by some piano keys, which should have all the wannabe Elton Johns and Ray Manzareks out there very eager to see which bands are represented in the new game.
Yes, this teaser screen is by no means a formal announcement that you will be seeing the largest button count on "Rock Band" controller to date when "RB3" goes on sale, but as Destructoid asserts, the messaging seems pretty clear.
I mentioned Ray Manzarek up there in the first graph, because there release is no band I want the first crack at on a Rock Band keyboard other than The Doors. Elton John, Billy Joel and Genesis are all well and good, but if pianos come to "RB3" without Ray, I'm going to be one sad faux musician.
