"No More Heroes" creator Goichi Suda loves new control systems, and as the "NMH" series has demonstrated, he also likes Star Wars' lightsabers. He's already committed to developing for Project Natal and the PlayStation Move. The guy apparently just can't say no to new technology, and his latest love, the Nintendo 3DS, may have him thinking about another George Lucas-inspired concept.
"I do have many ideas," Suda told The Official Nintendo Magazine. "I would love to try to develop a game for 3DS if I have a chance."
He even mentioned what he wants to do in rough terms.
"I hope for the realization of a training remote like Luke Skywalker used for force training in 'Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope,'" he explained.
You have to appreciate that this guy knows what he likes and what he likes comes out in his games. Both in "Killer7" on GameCube and the first "No More Heroes" for Wii he showed that he has some sort of sixth sense for intuiting the strengths and weaknesses of gaming platforms. I for one will be first in line to see what he cooks up for the 3DS.
