Hakan is the other new character created for "Super Street Fighter 4." He was announced late for a reason: this Turkish wrestler is a visually striking entrant into the series, and furthermore, a great change of pace character. Hakan douses himself in oil in order to glide around the screen at a steady clip, but also has enough mass to cause serious damage in CQC. In other words, he's no Ryu.

Tips
Possessing a more striking and brutish appearance than his fellow new cohort, Juri, the red as the devil Turkish oil wrestler Hakan is looking for more than a cure for his boredom by entering into the tournament. He wants to prove himself to be one of the best fighters, and above all, would like to show the world his brand of oil is the best.
And use his oil you will. Hakan is something of a screen gobbler, able to stretch its limits with his various dash attacks and charge moves. His premier charge move, Oil Shower, is something you should deploy regularly when you find or make spacing. It expands his balanced offensive and defensive attributes beyond their usual measure.
Use Hakan's slides -- Oil Slide and Oil Dive -- when opponents move away from the wrestler as they can devastate at a decent distance. When in close, don't be afraid to deploy Oil Rocket and then follow-up with an Oil Shower after the opponent shoots across the screen. Just remember the key to Hakan is keeping placement in mind at all times, and not being afraid to push back opponents in order to get the oily boost. It also helps to have an offensive attitude. This is not the kind of medium-ranged fighter you want to use defensively.
