DJ Qbert and David Guetta have already been named as potential contributors to "DJ Hero 2," and Activision has confirmed the project's existence. Now, DJ Shadow has put himself on the list as well. Asked about his experience working on the first game, the DJ, whose real name is Joshua Davis, responded with some info about the sequel.
"It was interesting," Shadow said in an interview with Radio One presenter Zane Lowe. "I'm actually working on the next one as well. But yeah, it was a trip."
"DJ Hero 2" is starting to look more and more real every month with the game's talent willing to go on the record about their participation. DJ Shadow is about as big as DJ's come these days, so they were smart to keep him around. No tracks or artists have been officially announced from Activision's end, so we'll have to rely on more straight talkers like him for any news at this point. In the meantime, I'd love to see N.A.S.A., the Beastie Boys and Dizzee Rascal get some more tracks than they did in the first installment.
Who would you like to see in the "DJ Hero 2" sequel? Was there anyone from the first game you think should get more exposure or be left out altogether? Share your opinions in the comment section below.
