Video game shirts have to walk a fine line. Generally the very best ones are subtle enough that an outsider wouldn't know that it's a video game shirt, thinking that it's only a cool design, but a fan would get it and smile knowingly.

"Left 4 Dead 2" introduces a handful of new implements of destruction with with to take out your zombie aggression, but I can't help but feel like they're missing a few. For example, where's the comical stuffed teddy bear from "Dead Rising" or the classic vinyl records from "Shaun of the Dead"? You guys had some suggestions too, of course.
gravitybomb @multiplayers Seeing as it's Valve, I'll be disappointed if I don't get to wield trusty crowbar.
willchick @multiplayers I'd love to see the Lobo from World War Z make an appearance. Maybe as an "upgraded" melee slot a la the auto-shotgun in L4D.
FatKidChops @multiplayers the Winchester Poolstick.
albedo777 @multiplayers lawn mower! Dead Alive showed the cinematic promise while Dead Rising showed the gaming potential! Must needs it now!
doctorseleski @multiplayers L4D2 is missing a sling shot. You know... à la Bart Simpson. Survive the horde with that!
mattbanks @multiplayers I want the ability to toss brains out as bait. Get them all chasing fresh brains then hit them with a pipe bomb.
zerobxu @multiplayers Missing from L4D2? The spork. Or any other eating utensil.
Nintendo's enormous 'Wii Sports Resort' set-up in Times Square yesterday ran into a bit of a snag, thanks to inclement weather. Unfortunately for them the beach (authentic or synthetic) is the last place you want to be when it starts raining.
I took this shot on my way home from work at around 7pm last night. Sad...

Here ya go, your very first look at "Halo Legends," the new anime series of shorts based on the Halo universe.

In a rather perplexing turn of events, Scarecrow has been revealed as one of the villains of "Batman: Arkham Asylum," thanks to a GameStop pre-order program. Apparently putting money down on the game nets you an exclusive level where you'll battle a gang of imaginary skeletons that Dr. Crane sics on you.
While his presence in the game isn't really a shock, his design is certainly a departure from what we've seen of Scarecrow in the past. Note the gas mask, which is a new addition to his usual sack mask. It's almost as if they're going down a Psycho Mantis route, ain't it?

Always there to capitalize on old and new franchises in the form of a companion video game, Disney Interactive is hard at work on an "Alice in Wonderland" game based on the upcoming movie from Tim Burton. Interestingly the game will skip out on the PS3 and 360, opting instead for more family-friendly platforms like the Wii and DS. There will also be a PC version of the game.

Created by a "Call of Duty" fan known as One, "The Call" is part one of an animated series based on "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare." The short uses audio clips taken straight from the game, but instead of using in-game graphics like traditional machinima, One animates hand-drawn art to give a scene from the game a whole new look at feel.
The short is extremely professional and even moving, which is something you don't see in a lot of machinina. It's definitely worth the two minutes of your day, and you'll probably find yourself rewatching just for kicks. A follow-up, called "The Duty," is coming soon, so definitely keep an eye out.

In celebration of this weekend's release of "Wii Sports Resort," Nintendo has built a miniature version of an island paradise on the normally ugly concrete expanse in Times Square known as Military Island.

"Halo" has expanded well beyond its original video game roots. Books, soundtracks and potential feature films have turned Microsoft's shooter into a media juggernaut. The next "Halo" onslaught will be "Halo Legends," a series of seven short, animated films which utilize the Japanese anime aesthetic.

San Diego Comic-Con is kicking off today, and we've got MTV News reps covering all the shenanigans from the show floor. I was kinda curious what games you guys are most interested in hearing about, and thankfully you have a venue to share your feelings on that front. And here we go:
