The Video Games Virgin Megastore Can't Sell

Posted 3/10/09 5:30 pm EST by Tracey John in Sales, Virgin Megastore

As we previously reported, the Virgin Megastore across the street is closing down. Most of their stock is sold out but, as was the case with Circuit City, there are still piles of certain games left that we couldn't help but notice.

We sent our intern Sal Basile over to take a few photos and tell us about what's left. These are the photos he took before he got kicked out of the store by security (Oops. Thanks, Sal!).

Sal saw a lot of copies of "Mercenaries 2" for PS3, as well as "Pro Evolution Soccer 2009, "Turok" and "Wall-E" all for the Xbox 360. (They're 25% off.)

There was also plenty of "High School Musical 2" and the first "Brain Age" for the DS. (They're 30% off.)

And then he saw stacks of "Rock Band 2" wireless drum sets for PS3 ($62.99)

Think these deals are worth coming to Times Square for?
