"Scratch: The Ultimate DJ" and "DJ Hero" were supposed to address the lack of hip-hop in today's music games, but "Rock Band" could beat them to the punch with today's announcement various Snoop Dogg tracks are coming, as part of a new global MTV deal with the artist.
Snoop Dogg is coming to "Rock Band."
The worldwide rap artist announced a series of media deals with MTV this afternoon, including the launch of a new variety talk show, "Dogg After Dark," and having his music appear in "Rock Band."
There's no word on what Snoop Dogg tracks will be coming to "Rock Band." The press release details it will include "songs from Snoop Dogg’s impressive catalogue of hits," but that already narrows down the list.
What Snoop Dogg tracks do you want to see? "Gin and Juice," please!
