After what seems like an eternity, today “Lego Batman: The Video Game” is in stores on multiple platforms.

The game marks the first time a “Lego” title by TT Games isn’t entirely based on the plot of an existing movie, so even longtime Batman fans and “Lego” players may be in for a surprise. Luckily, our new feature, the “must-do list,” has developers telling players about the cool things they must see and do when they visit their game.

For “Lego Batman,” producer Loz Doyle gave us the rundown of 10 essential tasks, as well as a pair of exclusive images…

1) Use Bane’s signature move on Batman and relive the classic Knightfall moment.

2) See The Joker’s impish side by moving him veeeeery slowly, and be sure to check out The Joker’s more “tropical” attire (see above).

3) Check out some of the original works of art of the Gotham Art Gallery.

4) Harley Quinn can give her enemies a real headache if you use her action button.

5) When you’re holding a character using Batman, walk them over to the edge of a ledge and press “jump” to drop them to their death.

6) Use The Joker’s hand buzzer for a surprise!

7) Make Scarecrow fall from a great height and see what happens.

8 ) Watch The Joker try in vain to pull a super strength object. Something funny happens…

9) Use mind control on police officers while playing as the Riddler.

10) Black isn’t the only color that Catwoman wears in “Lego Batman: The Videogame.” Check out her classic suit of a different color (right).
